A Japanese dish you discovered through anime that became part of your routine?

When you watch anime, you often come across moments where you see different Japanese dishes, and I will be the first to admit that some of the dishes I have seen in anime have intrigued me, and they do look amazing!

So far, I have not attempted to try any Japanese dishes that I have discovered through anime, but I am curious if anyone here has discovered a Japanese dish through anime, tried it, and now it has become part of their routine?
