Have you ever make asian recipe/food?

I have on a few occasions made a stir-fry, but I can't say that I have tried my hand at any other asian recipes.

I do love Asian foods, and I would love to learn how to make more Asian recipes, but for now, stir-fry seems to be the one that I stick to, at least until I have more time to work on more recipes.
