I'm a huge fan of ramen and sushi!
I try as much as I can to make ramen (Mi Goreng/Buldak) with something special and meat.
Sometime like in last week, I've made sushi.
For my ramen, I make a creamy eggs sauce and put some vegetable and meat with it.
This is my recipe (with eyes, no measurements) :
Eggs sauce :
Beat 6-8 eggs in a bowl
Add some soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken powder broth (same amount)
Add maybe 1 cup of water and a big spoon of cornstarch
Mix well
Ramen :
Boil 4 pack of ramen Mi Goreng or other brand of neutral ramen
Put the seasonning pack in the mixture of eggs sauce
Meat/vegetables :
Cook some protein like chicken slice or beef slice and some asian frozen vegetable or just pepper bell and broccoli
Put the neutral ramen, vegetable and meat aside in a large bowl.
Drop the eggs sauce mixture in a pan and let it cook at low and stir often with a whisk spoon to let the sauce thicken.
Cook until is thick and creamy, not overcooked. If it's overcooked, all you get will be just eggs chunks
Drop your sauce on the ramen/vegetable/meat and mix it. Put some sesame seeds.
The next time I cook this, I'll put a picture If I can!!!
